Skewered medallions of beef tenderloin, wood fire grilled, with peppers and onions. Garlic mashed
Roasted red pepper and mushroom laced loaf. Topped with garlic mashed potatoes, a rich demi glace,
and crispy onion straws.

Served with orange-ginger sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
